2.       Longevity
Half of long-term smokers will die prematurely from diseases caused by smoking, including heart disease, lung cancer and chronic bronchitis. A person quit smoking at 30 years old can add 10 years of life. If at the age of 60 quit smoking, it can increase its three-year lifespan. In other words, any time is never too late to quit smoking. Quit smoking can not only extend life, but also live happier.
